What we checked: The repo moved to github.com/robinheghan/elm-phone-numbers. Rebuilt with git archive from commit 2db9a855ea7b of https://github.com/robinheghan/elm-phone-numbers (zip prefix Skinney-elm-phone-numbers-2db9a85/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 c42e9d72044ea786063780fc81e17417748e95dc.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
