Rebuilt with git archive from commit 9b189f7a8709 of https://github.com/robinheghan/elm-warrior (zip prefix Skinney-elm-warrior-9b189f7/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 ff3e78016b0d7e345cda9a464773d85e6edf1ec2.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
