Parse and unparse Well-known Text (WKT) strings to and from Elm Geometry types from elm-geojson.

Supported Geometries include POINT, MULTIPOINT, LINESTRING, MULTILINESTRING, POLYGON, MULTIPOLYGON, and GEOMETRYCOLLECTION.
