A month is a child of a picker, so it takes the Context the picker hands it:

Render the month
offsetmonths after the start of the picker's page.{ offset = 0 }is the first month on the page,{ offset = 1 }the second, and so on. Rendering more months thanConfig.monthsis allowed; they simply show later months and never hold the rovingtabindex.
