Renamed to n1k0/elm-daterange-picker. It is published under that name, and new versions come out there.
Versions published as allo-media/elm-daterange-picker still install under that name. 8 versions of 8 come from the new location (see their notes).
Rerouted (renamed, verified). The GitHub user or repository was renamed. The tag is still there, at the new name. The Lamdera package server serves a copy recovered from https://github.com/n1k0/elm-daterange-picker.
What we checked: The repo moved to github.com/n1k0/elm-daterange-picker. Rebuilt with git archive from commit 6730602abb32 of https://github.com/n1k0/elm-daterange-picker (zip prefix allo-media-elm-daterange-picker-6730602/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 13c2398b5825f32e229e2e2409a61be372d4e7fa.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.

A date range picker written in Elm (Demo).

Selecting a date range is a common operation for many Web applications. While there are offerings in the Elm ecosystem, we couldn't find any ergonomic equivalent of daterangepicker, which this package takes a lot of inspiration from.
You can look at how this package can be used by browsing this demo code here.
import DateRangePicker as Picker
import Html exposing (Html)
type alias Model =
{ picker : Picker.State }
type Msg
= PickerChanged Picker.State
init : ( Model, Cmd Msg )
init =
let
picker =
Picker.init Picker.defaultConfig Nothing
in
( { picker = picker }
, Picker.now PickerChanged picker
)
update : Msg -> Model -> ( Model, Cmd Msg )
update msg model =
case msg of
PickerChanged state ->
{ model | picker = state }
view : Model -> Html Msg
view model =
Picker.view PickerChanged model.pickerYou can use the demo.css file or its SCSS source for fine-tuning the default styles of the datepicker.
The default stylesheet uses CSS variables to help you tweaking most colors used by the component:
:root {
--edrp-background-color: #fff;
--edrp-font-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);
--edrp-primary-color: rgb(82, 143, 255);
--edrp-primary-color-alpha: rgba(82, 143, 255, 0.25);
--edrp-border-color: lightgrey;
}elm install allo-media/elm-daterange-pickernpm installThe demo is powered by elm-live, meaning any code changes will trigger a page reload. Neat!
npm startThen head to localhost:3000 from your browser.
If you've configured Atom & Elmjutsu to use ./node_modules/.bin/elm as the
default path to the Elm executable, you'll need a trick for having the compiler
working when editing demo/Main.elm:
mkdir -P demo/node_modules/.bin
ln -sf ../../../node_modules/.bin/elm demo/node_modules/.bin/elmMIT
