Rerouted (regenerated, verified). Same repository and tag, but GitHub now builds the zip with different bytes, so it no longer matches the SHA-1 package.elm-lang.org recorded. The Lamdera package server serves a copy recovered from https://github.com/arsduo/elm-ui-drag-drop.
What we checked: Rebuilt with git archive from commit 2503aaab261e of https://github.com/arsduo/elm-ui-drag-drop (zip prefix arsduo-elm-ui-drag-drop-3a32d8e/, America/Los_Angeles times, the tag object 3a32d8e7c83d it had before it was re-made, tagger time 2018-10-06 13:46 UTC): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 294a9f79f0d04cf8d61b809b0246560999787f12.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
