What we checked: The repo moved to github.com/nodef/extra-bit.elm. Rebuilt with git archive from commit 3712e37bbb13 of https://github.com/nodef/extra-bit.elm (zip prefix elmw-extra-bit-540c644/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 990b78067da34f4f5ec0bfc736ddc4d2ef3a917e.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
