What we checked: The repo moved to github.com/fission-codes/kit. Rebuilt with git archive from commit f72cc3d194f2 of https://github.com/fission-codes/kit (zip prefix fission-suite-kit-f72cc3d/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 d098738a14502f88e4e08b8d3bca7cf7f071f405.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
