What we checked: The repo moved to github.com/jasonliang-dev/elm-heroicons. Rebuilt with git archive from commit 404475358f8b of https://github.com/jasonliang-dev/elm-heroicons (zip prefix jasonliang512-elm-heroicons-4044753/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 620e963df8b80615d1d01b3ee3b8ad2b5604938a.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
