Provided rules

• NoMissingSubscriptionsCall - Reports likely missing calls to a subscriptions function.
• NoRecursiveUpdate - Reports recursive calls of an update function.
• NoUselessSubscriptions - Reports subscriptions functions that never return a subscription.
