Element.Hsl

HSL colors for elm-ui.

hsl : Int -> Float -> Float -> Color

Create a color from hue, saturation, and lightness.

hsla : Int -> Float -> Float -> Float -> Color

Create a color from hue, saturation, lightness, and alpha (opacity).
