A module for vector and matrix operations
This package is a native elm pacakge meaning function calls are not delegated to JavaScript.
The vector and matrix types are parameterized allowing for matricies and vectors composed of complex numbers or strings and not relegated to only containing Floats or Ints.
The package has implementations for Monoid, Functor, Applicative and Monad.
