This package provides functionality of a timer and a counter.
You can count any kinds of events happend in most recent x milliseconds (You can specify the duration x). The timer also can stop and restart.
The target usage is mini-game like quiz or typing games, where you want to count how many score the user gained in 30 seconds or something. Demonstration is given at hoge.
