Rebuilt with git archive from commit 68254907b92e of https://github.com/elm-messenger/messenger-core (zip prefix linsyking-messenger-core-6825490/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 7a7dd820df9f3066ec3ab6ffa29f0eb59d7f44c6.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
