Rebuilt with git archive from commit d11bcc03883d of https://github.com/elm-messenger/messenger-extra (zip prefix linsyking-messenger-extra-e531756/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 ec1ce06c04d5b86e5428fd4abe0275b22297e7fc.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
