Rebuilt with git archive from commit 16ad9c0cde4d of https://github.com/elm-messenger/messenger-extra (zip prefix linsyking-messenger-extra-cbf672e/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 c6600819d5a4eaf897fef92793fdfb0e309c0dfa.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
