Rerouted (regenerated, verified). Same repository and tag, but GitHub now builds the zip with different bytes, so it no longer matches the SHA-1 package.elm-lang.org recorded. The Lamdera package server serves a copy recovered from https://github.com/maca/postgrest-admin-preview commit 6813d5de15b7863ed14e1c427541597710e8b556 (the tag's commit when Software Heritage visited).
What we checked: Rebuilt with git archive from commit 6813d5de15b7 of https://github.com/maca/postgrest-admin-preview commit 6813d5de15b7863ed14e1c427541597710e8b556 (the tag's commit when Software Heritage visited) (zip prefix maca-postgrest-admin-preview-468185a/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 da90e29f30684280f6bdd7427029b28a74c4107f.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
