What we checked: Rebuilt with git archive from commit 28ee49be5b1a of https://github.com/maca/postgrest-admin-preview commit 28ee49be5b1a570aff11e3d521939f4a68409b10 (the tag's commit when Software Heritage visited) (zip prefix maca-postgrest-admin-preview-1a65806/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 f6ea4ff72d7cb0b49fa8632b45f1ce39c389016c.

The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
