This only contains base code that elm-tailwind-modules-generated code depends on.
Without installing this library, your code that makes use of elm-tailwind-modules won't work.
If you're looking for some ready-for-use library that contains lots of tailwind utilties, take a look at elm-default-tailwind-modules.
