The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.

A set of UI components for building apps with elm
This component lib is pretty basic but is more focused on styled elements rather than the usual elmement which will bundle a model/view/update/msg. This one only includes the view so you can import them and use them as needed.
Note: You will need to use elm-css to use these components for now.
