Rebuilt with git archive from commit e140b5da7e3c of https://github.com/proda-ai/elm-svg-loader (zip prefix proda-ai-elm-svg-loader-e140b5d/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 8fb1082d11a88934fb5942d39b6e32fa6b4ff924.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
