Rerouted (fork, verified). The original repository is gone. This copy comes from a fork that still has the tag. The Lamdera package server serves a copy recovered from https://github.com/raen79/elm-imgix (a fork).
What we checked: Rebuilt with git archive from commit 5626f037a6a5 of https://github.com/raen79/elm-imgix (a fork) (zip prefix tricycle-elm-imgix-a064a63/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 986234191969180480fe0932f453fda27b5ed58f.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.

Adjustment parameters do basic retouching operations similar to those in image-editing applications like Adobe® Photoshop®. You can use them to fix common issues such as under- or over-exposure, blurriness, and color range, or alter your images artistically.
For additional artistic effects, see the Stylize parameters.
