Cortex advanced-API key management — list configured keys.
Paginated envelope returned by getApiKeys: the
configured ApiKey records plus the filter / total counts
from the standard Cortex paginated reply.
POST /public_api/v1/api_keys/get_api_keys
List existing API keys. The API requires a filters field; an empty list
fetches every key. Response uses the standard paginated envelope
(DATA, FILTER_COUNT, TOTAL_COUNT) inside the reply wrapper.
A single advanced-API key record. Roles are role names, not IDs. Time fields are Unix epoch milliseconds.
