Rebuilt with git archive from commit 8364a6ebf408 of https://github.com/alch-emi/elm-kdl (zip prefix Alch-Emi-elm-kdl-8884690/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 ac04c7f4cf70f96d7b9e0448d68ba667689f4b26.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.

A range of characters within the source file
This is a type alias for ((Int, Int), (Int, Int)), where the first pair of ints is the row and column of the first character, and the second pair of ints is the row and column of the final character.
Note that this is and inclusive range, which means that both the characters at both the first and second position are considered to be within the range, as well as all characters between them.
