What we checked: The repo moved to github.com/ContaSystemer/elm-review-no-regex. Rebuilt with git archive from commit 92e3267cf404 of https://github.com/ContaSystemer/elm-review-no-regex (zip prefix ContaSystemer-review-noregex-92e3267/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 48369c4075adfaff71f92163cb1662f91d492b54.

The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.

NoRegex

Make sure that regex is not being used in the code. As mentioned in the core regex readme, it will be easier and nicer to use parser instead of regex.
