Rebuilt with git archive from commit 92e3267cf404 of https://github.com/ContaSystemer/elm-review-no-regex (zip prefix ContaSystemer-review-noregex-92e3267/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 48369c4075adfaff71f92163cb1662f91d492b54.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.
