Renamed to elm-messenger/elm-regl. That is where the repository lives now. It has not been published as a package under the new name.
Versions published as linsyking/elm-regl still install under that name. 5 versions of 15 come from the new location (see their notes).
Rerouted (renamed, verified). The GitHub user or repository was renamed. The tag is still there, at the new name. The Lamdera package server serves a copy recovered from https://github.com/elm-messenger/elm-regl.
What we checked: The repo moved to github.com/elm-messenger/elm-regl. Rebuilt with git archive from commit 54770327a5d5 of https://github.com/elm-messenger/elm-regl (zip prefix linsyking-elm-regl-e7d7195/, America/Los_Angeles times): the zip is byte-identical to the one package.elm-lang.org recorded, SHA-1 3039dc9d71f3d3734b3ef3b3a6991ec952d84a72.
The Lamdera compiler uses this copy and prints a one-line notice saying so. elm itself fails to download this version.

This module exposes basic primitives for rendering with REGL.
Generate a renderable object from settings. Users can use this function to create custom renderable generators.
Group a list of renderables into a single renderable with effects.
An empty renderable object.
Render a renderable object. Users need to use it to pass the render result to REGL in JS through a port.
A post-processing effect.
Clear the canvas with a color.
Render a triangle with three vertices and color.
Render a quad with three vertices and color.
Render a texture with 4 points.
Render a textbox.
Render a circle with center, radius and color.
Render a texture with center, size and angle for rotation.
Render a poly with vertices, element array, primitives and color.
Render a poly with vertices and color.
Render lines with vertices and color.
Render line strip with vertices and color.
Render a line loop with vertices and color.
Render a function curve with a function, offset, range, samples, and color.
OpenGL primitive types
Convert a primitive to a value.
The user configuration for REGL. Differing from the starting options. Users could change this at runtime.
A time interval for the REGL configuration.
Use Millisecond for fixed time intervals, and AnimationFrame for rendering at the refresh rate of the display.
Millisecond should be considered as a debugging tool, and AnimationFrame should be used for production.
Reconfigure REGL at runtime.
The configuration for starting REGL.
virtWidth and virtHeight are the virtual width and height users defined.
fboNum is the number of framebuffers created.
builtinPrograms is a list of built-in programs that users want to enable.
The magnification option for textures.
Users should use MagLinear for most cases.
However, if pixel art is used, MagNearest should be used.
The minification option for textures.
Similar to the magnification option, users should use MinLinear for most cases.
The texture options.
Execute a batch of commands.
Create a user-defined REGL program.
Load a texture with name, url and options.
Execute the start command for REGL.
Load a MSDF font.
Blurs a renderable.
Blurs a renderable. Gaussian blur.
Simple CRT effect. Must be applied at the outermost layer.
Apply FXAA to a renderable.
Multiply the alpha of a renderable.
Create the canvas HTML element.
Convert a color to a list of RGBA values.
Save the current FBO as a texture.
This is only an experimental feature and should be used with caution.
A renderable object that can be rendered by REGL.
